As simple as this piece is, it’s almost impossible not to get lost in its repetitiveness! I think Tiersen aptly named it “Naval”, since all I see is an endless ocean, with waves carrying waters from all parts of the world. Then, as soon as those triplets come in, you begin to sink, and steadily the blue gets darker…and darker….and darker…..
